SILICON Joins Design Center Alliance (DCA) of TSMC's Open Innovation Platform

  Silicon Top Technology, a leading provider of ASIC/SoC layout design services in Taiwan, announced today that it has joined the Design Center Alliance (DCA) of TSMC's Open Innovation Platform.
